Production of apples in the world is approaching 50 million tons. The most of this production are done at the North hemisphere. In this total quantity, turkeys production potential exceed 2.2 million tons, and is placed on number 5 on the world apple production.

Our family does apple plantation for 50 years in 25.000-meter square field. Every year, around 15 july, the leaves from the plant gardens, are analyzed, and next year, watering, dripping, fertilization are done. The collected apples are kept in wooden boxes in cold storages. In our gardens, over m9 fruit bearing, there are 3000 units of golden,1000 units of fuji,1000 units of breaburn,1000 units of red chief,500 units of pinova, and 500 units of jonagold tress. This year our fruit yields is 100 tons.
